Communication and stability are critical components of excellence in client service. While Productivity PR continues to grow its experience through new team members, all of our staff members have professional experience, an education specifically in public relations or marketing, and spend their personal time becoming familiar with each and every client before they begin work on an account.  In addition, we believe that there are minimum commitments to client service which simply cannot be compromised and we are proud to say that Productivity PR excels at building partnerships with our clients.

Defining and achieving results

A good client-agency relationship begins with a careful definition of results, expectations and measurable goals.  A written media plan that outlines how the results will be achieved through recommended strategies and actions is essential and is provided to clients before the campaign is implemented.  On a monthly basis, our clients also receive a written summary of results, anticipated coverage, and conducted activities based on the overall plan so that they can best measure progress and success against the campaign's goals.  Monthly or bi-weekly meetings and/or conference calls with our clients to discuss progress and challenges are encouraged, although we communicate with clients daily on an as-needed basis.

Client service

As a partner with our clients, Productivity PR believes in constant communication - a two-way sharing of information.  Our systems facilitate instant communication to provide service for the clients at the moment it is needed, whether via e-mail, telephone, instant messaging, or cell.  We are also different from most other agencies in that every member of our staff works on every account in one way or another ensuring that our clients' and the media's needs can be addressed by any staff member at any time.
